NLI is working with communities to create 21st Century learning environments that nurture information literate families.
Our partnerships have leveraged millions of dollars in resources and services on behalf of some America's most economically challenged neighborhoods. NLI's family literacy model, Neighborhood Parents and Children Together (N-PACT), a partnership with Boys and Girls Clubs of Manatee County (FL) received national recognition from Boys and Girls Clubs of America receiving the Family Strengthening Award. This distinguished reward, funded by the Annie E. Casey Foundation, is given to five clubs across the country for demonstrating exceptional family support in their program offerings.
